I hate Barclay`s finances. I spent two and a half hours on the phone yesterday waiting to talk to someone. No one bothered to answer. He took an hour to wait. I tried again this morning. I am currently waiting for one hour and thirty-five minutes. COVID is no excuse for customer service. How many people work from home? Nothing? You should be ashamed of yourself. That`s why I hate banks.

I will start by saying that if it were possible not to even give a star, I would not give a star at all. Barclays doesn`t deserve a single star. I have never had such a bad experience in my life as with barclays Partner Finance. Please avoid this company at all costs. I would have liked to check the trusted pilot before taking funding with them. I financed a vehicle about 4 years ago, and the first year I had car problems and got so much money to fix it. When I bought the car, it was a condition for the vehicle to have a multi-year warranty on it, and when I bought mine, they said there was a warranty, but when I started having problems and went back to the dealer to get the warranty, they said there was no warranty for the vehicle. it`s despicable. I informed Barclays of this because the garage did not give the guarantee and they told me there was nothing they could do. Since then, the car has not stopped giving me one problem at a time, until I can no longer afford to fix it and have to do it for a while.

Then, when I saved enough money to get it repaired, I was told that the car was in such poor condition and that it would cost me thousands of dollars to fix it and be more than the car was worth, and I was advised to scrap the vehicle. The garage also said they were so surprised when they made the word, because the car was so uncomfortable in love in the past and they were surprised that it was sold to me. My car is still angry, and since 4 years I got the vehicle, I was only able to drive the car for a year, and now I have a piece of scrap metal. When I contacted Barclays about this, I talked to so many different people who gave me different information each time, no one seemed to know what to do in this disgusting situation, and I was fed from one department to another for all these years, from one person to another. Barclays then asked me to get proof that this car was damaged during the purchase to pursue the complaint that I obviously cannot get, because the dealer is going to sell a broken vehicle. Barclays told me I had to keep paying for the vehicle, and there is no support they can offer me. Barclays told me that I could voluntarily terminate the contract and return the car, but I will waive the fee to have the vehicle repaired, which could be in the thousands, so I have no choice but to pay it back. I`ve already paid for the vehicle and now I`ve only paid off the interest, and I asked Barclays if there was any goodwill they could give to maybe reduce the amount or transfer the rest to an unsecured loan to make my payments more manageable, and they told me, I should get lost. I am a very low income full-time student and I have disabilities and my partner was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and can no longer work because he lost his job because he had a driving job. . .
